Shipping methods are Fed Ex ground. Express delivery services for faster delivery can be arranged. We accept Visa, Mastercharge, American Express and Discover Card.

Shade 創 Things will replace any of our galvanized fittings in the event any weld should fail.
Any tarp or ball bungee can be replaced within 30 days. This is a limited warranty. It does not cover damage due to neglect, hurricane, earthquake or any other act of nature. The limited warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or improper installation. Shade 地 Things will exchange merchandise but does not grant refunds on accepted/ delivered merchandise. Any inoperative or flawed parts must be returned via Return Shipping Instructions (see below). Shade 地 Things will replace products defective in materials or workmanship within 15 days of your receipt. Limited warranty does not cover damage due to, but not limited to, wind, snow, fire, acts of God, misuse, improper fastening, securing or installation. Shade 地 Things is not liable for any damages in connection with the use of its products.

- Items must be returned to us within 15 days from the date of your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Tarps must be unopened in their original packaging.
Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee varying from 15% up to the full purchase price. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original purchaser card. Check, cash, or money orders will be refunded by a check. Please allow two weeks for processing.
30 Day Defective Product Replacement (Limited Warranty)
Any flawed merchandise can be replaced within thirty (30) days of its purchase.

Shade 地 Things is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of the tarp, fittings or any other accessory items, including any cost or expense of providing substitute equipment or service during periods of non-use. Shade 地 Things will exchange merchandise but does not grant refunds on accepted/delivered merchandise after 15 days.
